INBUILT SALIENT FEATURES
• Grooved Replaceable Hard liners 20mm Thick inside of the chamber will be provided for the safety of the Press & long life.
• Heavy Duty Shear Blades on the Lid & Side walls (adjustable & grind-able).
• Oil Chiller/Heat Exchanger to keep the Oil temperature under control.
• Pipe lines: Pipelines will be seamless steel & fittings will be of forged M.S. material.
• Bale slider will be provided.
• Hydraulic Feed Hopper on the side of the Baler will be provided to minimize cycle time.
IMPORTANT
• How-ever it is a standard feature but we clarify that 2 No.s Lid Door Auto Locking valve (cylinders) will be provided to lock
the lid during pressing.
• Hard chrome plating thickness on all piston shafts will be 70 microns.
• Oil Temperature Gauge & Oil Level indicator will be provided in front of the oil tank.
