Our machine consists of a heavy-duty Horizontal Fabricated type main press with 6 nos. Hydraulic cylinders double acting type, inbuilt Hydraulic power pack unit. The machine. A fully automatic Control Panel with PLC with Semi Auto and inching functions will be provided at the front–right side of the press, to control the direction & ram movement

• Full length side pressure plates with 20 mm thick guide & Auto return for more stable & improved life of machine.
• Replaceable Hard liners inside of the chamber has been provided for the safety of the Press & long life.
• Shear Blades on the Lid & Side walls(adjustable & grind-able)
• Oil Chiller to keep the Oil temperature under control
• Pipe lines: Seamless Pipelines & fittings will be of forged M.S.material
• 20 mm thick hard Liner Plates for (Full Inner Chamber) long life.
• G bearing provided to avoid jerks on lid cylinder movement.
• Guide Plates provided for lid compression to avoid uneven movement of lid cylinder.
• Bell housing electric motor & pump fitment for easy maintenance.
• Large Dia bearing on lid rod eye.
• Main Cylinder mounting plate more wide (Box Type) 200mm wide
• Wider positioning honing of lid & main cylinder.
